Puppy Pre-School

Course Length: 4 Weeks
Course Fee: $136.00 incl gst

This puppy socialization class is a great way to build confidence (for you and your pup!). It includes basic grooming and games night. If your schedule permits, it is hightly recommended you attend Puppy Gymboree in conjuntion with Puppy Preschool, to make the most of your pup's formative weeks.

Puppies must be 9 to 15 weeks old on the start date of the class and have current vaccinations. For complete training plan to attend Family Dog following Puppy Pre-School. Exercises covered -
Leash work – Come – Sit – Down – Stand – Off – Handling – Minor Grooming – Shake a Paw

Puppy Gymboree (also great for Small Breed Adult dogs)

Course Length: 4 Weeks
Course Fee:$136.00 incl gst - if taken alone
*** $98.00 incl gst. if pup if pup is registered for, or currently in Puppy Pre-school or Family Dog course

This course consists of getting your puppy or small breed dog on proportionate pieces of agility / gym equipment to increase self confidence and to add to their structured socialization time. A great start to agility, or simply a fun way to spend an evening with your pup. Puppies must be 12 - 18 weeks of age on the start date of the class, and have current vaccinations. We will also allow small breed dogs under a year of age. Your pup/dog should weigh less than 20 lbs at the start of this class. Great for shy and underconfident older dogs too. If your schedule permits it, it is recommended (but not necessary) that you take in conjunction with Puppy Pre-school or Family Dog classes.

Puppy Points Seminar

Seminar Length: 1 Session (2 hours)
Seminar Fee: $40.00 per family (including gst). You may bring up to 3 additional family members for the same price.

A great way for new puppy owners to start, or for those who are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their new puppy.
Learn about things like nipping, barking, biting, chewing and the BIGGIE - Housetraining. Also nutrition, being a pack leader and household manners.

This fun filled seminar is presented by one of our key trainers. The evening will be filled with information, puppy training tips and of course...lots of laughs. Our training staff will be on hand to answer all your puppy questions...big or small

As much as we would love to meet your pups, it is best to leave them at home for the evening.

Done in the comfort of your own home.

Similar in content to our Puppy Points Seminar, but geared towards your individual puppy. The ideal way to get off on the right foot with your new pup and prevent problems before they occur. For those who wish one-on-one instruction, or whose schedule does not permit the attendance at a seminar.

Ideal to sort out behavioural issues in puppies under 6 months old – housesoiling, separation anxiety, excessive nipping and barking.
