We have an on-line registration system for our classes. Please take a minute to read how this process works, and what to expect. By clicking onto "CLASSES" page, you will see all our current classes, seminars and workshops listed....along with start dates per location, course description and prices.
It is very important that you type in your email address correctly. You will know this is done correctly because you will immediatley receive a pre-confirmation email from us. If you don't receive an email reply in 1 minute, please resend.
If the credit card you will use for payment has a different name than the dog owners name on the registration, please put a note to us in the "Notes" box on the registration form. Thanks.
Once we have decided that this class will go forward, we will approve your registration and you will receive a second email with your payment options. We stongly urge you to use the Pay Pal system, as we have chosen it with your convenience and safety in mind. This is the fastest way to secure your space in a class.
We always continue to hold your space in the class, and would appreciate you letting us know if you will not be attending asap. We do ask that you pay for your class promptly, within 3 days of your final confirmation if possible. If you want to arrange to pay via cheque, please email the office to make arrangements. We also have the option of paying via visa or mastercard manually on our end. If this is your preference, please email us. Again, we urge you to use Pay Pal, as it is known for its security and convenience.
No credit card? One option to make sure your class spot gets held...ask a family member or friend to submit their credit card info and you can pay them cash to cover the class fee. If you choose this option, please send us a note/email telling us the name that will be on the credit card, so we can apply this payment to your registration.
Class size is limited and registration is on a first received, first taken basis. While we do strive to keep our website up to date, there are some classes that fill so quickly that they are not marked full at that moment. In the case of classes being full, we will contact you asap to discuss your options.
